Abstract

The content of conceptual approaches to the teacher's professional training have been analyzed in the article. These approaches are based on the methodological principles, the continuity and multi-levelness of pedagogical education in Ukraine. There are such provisions in the Concept of Pedagogical Education (1998) and grounded conceptual approaches to the development of multi-level pedagogical education in Ukraine (2011): the professional training of a future teacher for educational and educational activities is determined by socio-pedagogical conditions and transformations in the system of pedagogical education. It is noted that the adoption of the Concept "New Ukrainian School" (2016) caused to the development and implementation of the Concept of Pedagogical Education Development (2018), which is expected to be implemented through a comprehensive reform of the system of pedagogical education, the continuous professional and personal development of pedagogical workers, including structure, content, organization and teaching methods (technologies), increasing of proportion of the practical training in educational programs. The main conditions of its effective implementation have been described: standardization of pedagogical education, which provides justification of conceptual approaches to the development of pedagogical education, development and introduction of new standards of higher pedagogical education, introduction of alternative ways of obtaining a pedagogical profession; the selection of gifted youth in institutions of higher pedagogical education, for this purpose it is necessary to promote the prestige of the teaching profession, to implement practical-oriented measures on the professional orientation of students, to organize the activities of pedagogical classes in general education institutions, schools of the future teacher in higher education institutions; improvement of the structure of the educational process and the content of the professional training of the future teacher; changing of approaches to organizing pedagogical practice in modern conditions requires the development of its programs, taking into account social requirements for the future teacher professional training, the creation of educational-scientific-methodical complexes in the structure of institutions of higher pedagogical education, the introduction of the Institute of mentoring; the diversification of the teacher's skills development forms.
