Abstract

The importance of developing the communicative competence of the heads of general secondary education institutions in the context of the New Ukrainian School is updated. Conditions of development of communicative competence as a component of professional competence include understanding by the manager of the importance of communicative competence in management activities, ability to simulate communicative situations that provide a free process of communication in pedagogical and student teams; enhancing his professionalism; self-development of communicative abilities. In the context of the New Ukrainian School, the process of development of communicative competence of the heads of general secondary education institutions is carried out with the help of new learning technologies that initiate their active self-education, organizational culture, motivation, development of personal qualities, which allow to build a strategic and tactical trajectory of professional competence development. The communicative competence of the heads of general secondary education institutions is defined as the quality of value personal-vocational education, which helps to establish relations both in the sphere of interpersonal interaction and in the sphere of business communication, which is why the special importance of this component in the development of this component is emphasized. In the future it is planned to open up the opportunities that open up to the institutions of general secondary education in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School, the effectiveness of which depends on the level of development of communicative competence of their leaders.
