Abstract
The article deals with the methodological guidelines for the development of modern museum pedagogy in Ukraine. It is proved that museum pedagogy has significantly strengthened and diversified the culture of communication, the processes of communication of individual or collective subjects during acquaintance with museum objects, collections. The effectiveness of educational policy has always been dependent on the characteristics of the socio-cultural environment. Its qualitative aspects, due to social, economic, political, humanitarian factors, significantly influenced the content of the educational process, defining for it the knowledge, spiritual, moral and ethical paradigms.
