Abstract
The article is devoted to the concept of the quality of advanced training of pedagogical workers of vocational education. The need for professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists adapted to modern socio-cultural conditions, technological transformations and focused on professional and personal improvement for quality training of workers is acute in modern conditions of lack of skilled labor and for further provision of personnel potential of Ukraine. The approaches of scientists to determining the quality of education are considered. It is determined that the quality of education is determined as compliance of the training results to requirements established by the legislation and the relevant standard of education and/or the contract on the provision of educational services and is characterized by duality of target orientations which consists on the one hand in the fact that there are personal goals such as meeting the needs of consumers of educational services and on the other hand professional goals as compliance with the requirements of the competence of a specialist. It is noted that the use of qualitology in the field of study of the quality of education goes in directions: general theory of education quality, qualimetry and quality management. The analysis of advanced training as a component of the general system of lifelong education of the individual is done. The quality of advanced training is determined as a characteristic of educational activity regarding the level of improvement/development of professional competencies of the students in the program of advanced trainin g according to public requirements and needs of individuals or le gal entities. It is established that indicators of the quality of the conditions (educational environment), process and result are the structural elements of the model of advanced training of pedagogical workers of vocational education.
