Abstract
the stages of the professiogenesis of methodological employees of regional (city) methodological cabinets (centers) was made taking into account the formation of professional units at each of them. In the second stage, the criteria, indicators and levels of professional development of methodological workers of regional (city) methodological cabinets (centers) are revealed. In the third stage: psychodiagnostic methods for studying the professional development of methodological workers of regional (city) methodical cabinets (centers) were determined. The next is conducting a questionnaire, processing the results and drawing conclusions. The results of the research of the professional development of methodists of regional (city) methodical cabinets (centers) analyzed in the article. The results of the questionnaire according to certain psychodiagnostic methods for studying the professional development of methodists of regional (city) methodical cabinets (centers) are presented. The main indicators and levels of professional development of methodists of regional (city) methodical cabinets (centers) in the process of professional development in accordance with the criteria of their professional development – cognitive, praxeological, motivational, which, in our opinion, fully reveal the essence of professional development of methodists in the postgraduate education. The methodical base of the research is presented, the methods of measurement of which fully reveal the criteria and indicators of professional development of methodists of regional (city) methodical cabinets (centers) in the dimension of modern society. The analysis of the obtained results showed that the definition of criteria and corresponding indicators made it possible to outline a certain level of professional development of methodologists of regional (city) methodological cabinets (centers).
