Abstract
attitude in methodology of art-pedagogical and technological ensuring andragogical model organization methodicion of development artistic aesthetic outlook teachers of art discipline the basis of their professionalism. This scientific work substantiates the necessary of using of new approaches to raising skills teachers of artistic subjects by introduction of rewets technology, forms and methods of development of outlook teachers culture. The organizing structure of pedagogical technology of development of artistic aesthetic outlook includes three successive steps of process of raising of pedagogical workers the general guide base courses of developing of teachers skills. The adopting stages are mutual reason investigated connections with the components of working out of us models of reasonable-aimed, informed, interpret-creative, pedagogical-practice which determines with each other in process of practical teaching, and form the programs of teaching (learning) of separate subjects and models (courses, special courses whole). Structuring of contain artistic-aesthetic outlook of teacher’s art subjects demands the work out and inculcation them info the process of educational plans, programs of educational activity suchas the special courses specification of development artistic-aesthetic outlook of art subject’s teachers: creative art shop «Art volute world» in which frame limits performs pedagogical interpretation of work of art in order to discover sense in them. Art creates an imaginary reality, which transforming in the person’s artistic and aesthetic outlook helps to accept high value system and to identify new ways of person’s spiritual ascent in culture.
