Abstract

Theses reveal the conditions for the development of the personality and creative self-realization of every citizen of Ukraine, in the education of a generation of people who are able to work effectively and learn throughout life, to protect and promote the values of national culture and civil society, to develop and strengthen the sovereign, independent, democratic, social and legal state as an integral part of the European and world community.
