Abstract

The tutorial analyzes the global trends in the formation of human resources in terms of production. The impact of corporate culture on human resources management has been identified on the basis of a comparative analysis of the experience of manufacturing companies in Europe and Asia. The characteristics of the system in training production personnel in Japan and South Korea are described. The relation between formal and non-formal training in the preparation of both employees of enterprises and public servant is considered. The role of self-education in the development of professional competences is revealed. Forms and methods of production personnel's professional training organising in Asian countries are described. The tutorial can be used by the teaching staff of higher education institutions, institutions of continuous professional education. It will be useful for Ukrainian educators, graduate students, students, masters of pedagogical specialties in studying the course "Comparative Pedagogy", "History of Pedagogy
