Abstract
The manual is designed in accordance with the program of the course "Pedagogical diagnostics" for students of pedagogical specialties of master's degree of higher education and contains educational information on the creation of systems of internal quality assurance of educational activity and quality of higher education in higher education institutions (HEI) of Ukraine. The training material is devoted to the general characteristics of monitoring and its trans-terminology in the educational sphere, foreign experience of introducing educational monitoring, technologies of organizing the monitoring of teacher training at the institutional level in Ukrainian HEIs.The tutorial can be useful for students, trainees and academics, managers in the field of monitoring the quality of higher education, who are engaged in the development and practical implementation of systems for ensuring and monitoring the quality of educational activities and higher education at the institutional level.
