Abstract
The purpose of research work is role of e-learning in the individual productivity and adaptiveness in information society. Permanent (life-long) education in the format of educational courses, seminars, trainings etc. begins to occupy more important place in life of information (post-industrial) society people. Growing demand on knowledges, constantly brushing up and becoming more perfected, determines the place of individual in the social hierarchy of information society, potentials of personal adaptation and achievements, create terms for development of access to them possibilities, storage and using. E-learning becomes one of the most valuable public and psychological resource. Virtual network environment of Internet becomes key representation of information-communicative and multimedia technologies development, tendencies to globalization and integration. Education integrates in virtual space more and more. E-learning releases own value not only as possibility but also property describes informative society structure and is base finherent for it, taking into account two factors: at first, necessity of individuals to work over new knowledges, abilities and skills constantly, for providing the social productivity and adaptiveness; secondly, virtual network space becomes a leading ground for implementation of education.
