Abstract

Work's purpose is an exposure of advantages, disadvantages and psychological possibilities of trainings in Internet's virtual space. Information technologies, related to network of Internet, are actively integrated almost in all spheres of human life, in particular in the sphere of learning and education, group education in internet-trainings format rapidly becomes popular, that is able to engulf greater or lesser aggregates of participants. Internet-training is determined, in the wide understanding, as learning of new skills, abilities, knowledge in Internet environment on a certain educational tutorial; in the narrow understanding – as active social-psychological education and psychological optimization in virtual space of Internet in the conditions of group dynamics. Virtual educational environments' internet trainings become one of main instruments of both development and education of participants. Also there are become a technology of educational network space forming built on principles of activity, initiative and subjectness of participants – both those, who teaches, and those, who studies. As a result, internet trainings expose complex educational-developing and psychological potential which has considerable prospects for wide application. Research and introduction in practical sphere of educational, developing, correctings possibilities of Internet trainings, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages, proper application for education, intellectual development of participants, psychoprophylaxis, psychocorrection, results in best and more complete opening of psychological potentials of proper educational technology, gives more psychological resources for forming of subject activity, realization of own subjectivity, development of self-awareness, results framework, increase of different types of activity' productivity. Domestic Internet trainings productivity of intellectual development, development of subject activity, communicative competence, possibilities of planning, warning of conflict situations etc. have been proven.
