Abstract
Research purpose is an exposure of productive distant educational course constituents in Internet on the basis of modern info-communicative and multimedia technologies application. During the process of research found out and described base components of the productive group distant educational courses. One is the key components of productive distant educational courses is virtual educational space (or virtual educational environment). It´s a new complex educational technology, specially created as informative space of Internet for different forms of distant education based on principles of activity, initiativeness and subjectness of education participants. Presence of meaningful changes in subject activity and communicative competence is marked between beginning of education in distant educational course and after itś completion among the representatives of present selection of communicative competence and successful communication internet training participants. Distant educational courses have enormous psychological and pedagogical potentials, being one of facilities for converting learning and education on an active, conscious, personal, creative process.
