Abstract
The textbook is the result of the second stage of the collective research work on the theme: "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction of blended learning technologies in the system of open postgraduate education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 0117U002382 (2017-2019). The educational edition systematically outlines the training modules of professional development, which corresponds to the educational and professional program of professional development of managers, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers in distance learning and information and communication technologies, which is based on a competent approach, shares the philosophy of determination in philosophy the basis of the Bologna Process and in the international project of the European Commission Tuning Educational Structures in Europe (TUNING). The authors reveal aspects of innovative technology of blended learning: theoretical (from genesis to didactics), institutional, management, technological and pedagogical; developed recommendations on technologies of organization of blended learning in postgraduate education institutions; Models of blended learning in the system of open postgraduate education in general, in refresher courses in particular, are proposed. The tutorial is activity-based: it includes self-test blocks, creative questions and practical tasks. For managerial, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of postgraduate education institutions, applicants for higher education.
