Abstract
The manual defines the possibilities of professional growth of teachers on the basis of the developed learning technologies in formal and non-formal education. Authors presented technologies of professional development of teachers: mastering modern methods and technology in education; technology of developing communicative competence of teachers-researchers in the formal education; technology of forming multicultural competence of teachers of higher educational institutions; technological principles of creative use of experience in scientific and pedagogical schools in non-formal education of teachers; technology of using the means of museum pedagogy in non-formal education of pedagogical personnel, etc. The procedural implementation of these technologies will increase the level of professional competence of teachers: culture of dialogic interaction, social and civic activity, pedagogical skills, innovative thinking taking into account the priorities of the new Ukrainian school. It is recommended for teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers of humanitarian, cultural, and art subjects, future doctors of pedagogical philosophy, teachers of general educational institutions.
