Abstract

Consideration of the stated problem is based on the methods: Analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical theoretical sources; Studying and summarizing the experience of preparation to work; Theoretical discourse, construction of a contextual scheme (regarding the process of preparing the person for work) and the theoretical model with recommendation prescriptions. As a result of this: 1) the replacement of the existing knowledge-educational paradigm for socially professional with maximum personality activity, which will ensure its development and the opportunity to qualitatively and effectively solve the problem of preparation for Work in personal and social relation; 2) first developed the meaning of the concept of "socio-professional development of personality".
