Abstract
The article outlines the results of an empirical study devoted to identifying and substantiating the influence of the post of educators (director of educational institution, teacher and methodologist) on the features of their professional thinking. The existence of statistically significant differences in the understanding of different categories of educators of the main purpose of state final certification of applicants for basic general secondary education (high school graduates) in the form of external independent assessment and ways of using the results , due to the peculiarities of their professional, which form their post, the specifics and requirements of the duties of educators.
