Abstract

The guide reveals the conceptual foundations of adolescents' national and cultural identity formation in the context of multicultural influences. Emphasis is placed on the formation of national and cultural identity in the context of borders, dialogue of cultures, processes of globalization. Foreign experience in the formation of national and cultural identity of a growing personality and its preservation in the diaspora is studied. The peculiarities of formation of national-cultural identity in modern conditions and basic values on the basis of which such education can be carried out are characterized. The content and methodological support of the process of formation of national-cultural identity in adolescents is offered in the context of contemporary multicultural influences in extracurricular activities and interaction of family and school. The manual is addressed to teachers, students of pedagogical universities, parents.
