Abstract
The monograph reflects the generalized results obtained by the staff of the Laboratory of Labor Education of the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine at the organizational-research stage of experimental and experimental work on the topic: "Labor education of younger students in the conditions of reforming primary education" (2017-2019). The publication discloses the theoretical and methodological principles of working education of younger students, the content, forms and methods of formation of the value attitude of younger students to work during the study of educational disciplines, extracurricular and extracurricular activities, etc. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of the teaching staff, the psychological service and the parent community in creating favorable conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of the process. The introduction of the materials of the monograph should be the basis for updating the scientific and methodological support of the labor education of younger students, it can be applied in pedagogical practice, when developing recommendations for consideration at meetings of methodical associations of teachers of elementary classes, class leaders, in the process of preparation of special courses and general seminars of pedagogy, methods of educational work in pedagogical educational institutions of different levels of accreditation, in the structure of professional training improvement through the institute system postgraduate teacher education, etc. The target group of users of the monograph is pedagogical workers of general educational institutions, employees of educational management bodies, teachers of higher educational establishments of pedagogical and humanitarian profile, students of pedagogical specialties, specialists of the field of postgraduate pedagogical education, scientists.
