Abstract

The tasks of ergonomic provision of IT resource management centers are considered. A human-systemic approach to the tasks of ensuring reliability and ergonomics is proposed. Technology of optimization of processes of functioning of centers of management of IT-resources and event modeling is developed on the basis of concepts of functional networks of scientific school prof. A.Gubinsky The method is intended for use in the processes of operation of centers of management of IT-resources.
