Abstract
Stattya prysvyachena vysvitlennyu aktualʹnykh problem rozvytku pedahohichnoyi maysternosti vchyteliv muzychnoho mystetstva v systemi pislyadyplomnoyi pedahohichnoyi osvity. Roz·hlyanuto suchasnyy dosvid z rozvytku pedahohichnoyi maysternosti vchyteliv muzychnoho mystetstva v formalʹniy osviti. Opysano dosvid vykorystannya tematychnykh, avtorsʹkykh kursiv, navchannya pedahohiv na osnovi spetskursiv, mayster-klasiv, tvorchykh maysterenʹ, pohlyblenoho treninhovoho, tematychnoho navchannya. The description of innovative forms of teacher training in the course period is given. The experience of organizing non-formal education on a certain problem is considered. The most used forms of teacher training in non-formal education are described as scientific-pedagogical conferences, seminars-workshops, trainings, workshops, round tables, problematic theoretical-practical seminars, methodological meetings, schools of pedagogical skill, participation of teachers in the activities of creative groups, connections. The article is devoted to highlighting actual problems of development of pedagogical skills of teachers of music art in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The modern experience in the development of pedagogical skills of music teachers in formal education is considered. The experience of using thematic, author's courses, training of teachers on the basis of special courses, master classes, creative workshops, in-depth training, thematic training is described. The experience of organizing professional self-development of music art teachers in the conditions of informal education based on modern online, electronic forms of teacher's self-study is described. The necessity of preparation of individual programs of development of pedagogical skill for effective training of teachers is determined. The results of researches in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are described, which demonstrate the identified priorities for types and forms of teaching among music teachers. The ways of introduction of the newest forms of teaching on the problem of pedagogical mastery of teachers of music art in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are determined. Among the prospects for the development of pedagogical mastery of teachers in postgraduate education were found meaningful filling of distance, network, e-learning of teachers, selection of effective technologies of education, formation of bank of innovative forms and methods, preparation of scientific and methodological support of the process of teaching of teachers of music in postgraduate education.
