Abstract
Methodological approaches to the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of musical art in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are considered. The basic concepts of research, the views of scientists on the concept of methodology, methodological approaches to the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of musical art are considered. The scientific views on the methodological levels of pedagogical mastery of teachers of musical art within the framework of postgraduate pedagogical education are considered. The main methodological approaches to the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of musical art are described. It is proved that the process of development of pedagogical skills of teachers of musical art in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education has four methodological levels: philosophical, general scientific, concrete scientific and technological. Under the philosophical level of methodology, we understand the general principles of knowledge, the composition of scientific knowledge, worldview approaches to the process of knowledge and transformation of reality. The general scientific level is defined as a general scientific methodology consisting of theoretical scientific and pedagogical concepts. By the third specifically scientific level of the methodology include a set of methods, principles of pedagogical research, problems specific to scientific knowledge. The fourth technological level of the methodology is the methodology and technology of the study, that is, a set of procedures that ensure the receipt of reliable empirical material and its primary processing, which is normative. It is proved that the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of musical art in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is based on a set of methodological approaches, which include competence, andragogy, personality-activity, systemic, axiological approaches. The characteristics of each of these methodological approaches are given.
