Abstract
The successful development of an individual, his/her professional development in a rapidly changing society largely depends on the effective use of traditional and modern postgraduate education technologies, in particular, specialization, retraining, advanced training, internships and self-education. The purpose of the study is to analyze and identify the impact of modern technologies of postgraduate education on the professional development of specialists, substantiation of their essence, the prediction of further scientific intelligence on the implementation of effective models of professional development of pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and management personnel. Using the results of the research, the author emphasizes the key role of selfeducation, internships and certification training in the professional development of specialists, as well as the importance of using such modern technologies as blended learning, micro-learning and mini-training, workshops, seminars, inverted learning, virtual events and online classes. In the context of open education, according to the author, the importance of content marketing is growing, which is considered as a form of marketing focused on creating, publishing and distributing content to the target audience on the Internet. Further studies require the management of educational content creation and its use in open education, the study of the psychological characteristics of professionals who prefer short-term training, combined with active professional activity, the discovery of the key foundations of content marketing for the professional development of employees.
