Abstract

The thesis describes the use of digital labs and the use of the BYOD principle to shape the health-saving competency of education recipients as key. In particular, the use of fitness applications for the formation of healthy lifestyles, taking into account the age characteristics of schoolchildren, since the body of a teenager and an adult has features of life.
