Abstract

The textbook “Russian Language and Literature. Integrated Course »for 10th grade Russian-language schools aimed at developing students' personalities, forming subject (philological) and key competencies that will contribute to the effective socialization of high school students. The main methodological principle in the textbook is its communicative practical orientation. Formation of communicative competence implies improvement of proficiency in all types of speech activity, purposeful enhancement of the culture of oral and written speech, development of skills to choose effective communication models, evaluate one's own speech and be ready for its meaningful correction. The content of the training is implemented through the speech, language, literary and socio-cultural lines, which are combined in the textbook through an activity-competent approach and the principle of text-centricity.
