Abstract
Reforming general secondary education is characterized by replacement educational enlightenment paradigm on the competence paradigm and personal experience. In the Law of Ukraine “On Education” the purpose is complete comprehensive secondary education defined comprehensive development, upbringing and socialization of a person who is able to live in society and civilized interaction with nature, has a desire for self-improvement and learning lifelong, ready for conscious life choices and self-realization, responsibility, work and civic activity.
