Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the feasibility of harmonizing of staff policy and strategy of development of educational institutions of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, in particular the development of such aspects as: identification of problems in staff work, development of adequate institutional and informational policy; realization of policy of staff formation and so on.
