Abstract

The concept of "psychological safety of the personality” is extremely important at the present stage of the world civilization development. Scientists introduced the term “psychological safety” not so long ago, but it has become widespread and documented in many works. However, there is currently no single interpretation of the term. Dictionaries for the most part contain the definition of “personality security”, which, however, is related not only to the environment and external influences, but also largely with the internal state, feelings and experiences of a person. So in psychology, the problem of psychological safety of the personality are studied more and more. The development of informational technologies and globalization processes in the modern world also led to the need to consider issues of information and psychological safety of personality. The purpose of writing the article is to reveal the essence and define the main criteria for the psychological safety of the personality in the conditions of the information space of Ukraine, in which the information product of different systems ("broken informational space") is actively present. The scientific novelty of the article is the consideration of issues of information and psychological safety of the personality in the context of the concept of a broken information space, formulated by N. B. Yatsko. For a research methods used: theoretical analysis of literature on the research problem, empirical methods (testing). The deepening of knowledge about the structural and functional peculiarities of psychological safety of the personality is an important component of the further development in the society of the foundations of a culture of psychological safety, which will contribute to the strengthening of state security.
