Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of the psychological readiness of the leaders of vocational education institutions to the marketing of educational services and the peculiarities of its development in postgraduate education. The content of the special course-training program aimed at development in the process of internally-distant form of professional development of the psychological readiness of the heads of institutions of professional education institutions to marketing activities is characterized. The results of its approbation are highlighted, data on the effectiveness of the implementation of the program in the process of professional development of the heads of institutions of vocational education are presented.
