Abstract
This is a review of the educational activities` philosophy of the institution of professional (vocational) education, integration into the regional educational space to ensure the mobility of the educational process. The author considers the technology of scientific and methodological support as the dominant mechanism of the quality of vocational education, which creates an innovative methodical product that provides the competitiveness of each teacher, any institution of education.
