Abstract

The substantiation of the feasibility of introducing a complex of disciplines of the art and design cycle, the content of which is directed to the study of theoretical provisions and practical means of organizing the educational environment of the New Ukrainian School (NUSH) as a factor in the preparation of future specialists of technological education. The scientific and methodological sources on the studied problem are analyzed. The art and design cycle curricula disciplines supplementing position is defended. The ways of forming design and technological competences are suggested. The problem further study prospects are outlined.
