Abstract

The article analyzes the conditions of formation of "image - I". The influence of personal life prospects on the formation of "image - I" is analyzed. The technologies of psychological support of personality in crisis situations are presented. The peculiarities of art-therapeutic methods of forming the "image - I" of a person are described. The directions of personal changes in psychological support are defined: mobilization of the hidden opportunities of the individual, which make him more resilient in crisis situations; strengthening meaningful relationships with others; changes in life philosophy, changes in priorities (values, life meanings).Discussion of options for life goals, resources for their achievement becomes a condition for the formation of a new "image - I". Crisis management uses the method of discussing options for solving a problem, their reality, viability, value in the life of a person.
