Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of psychological and pedagogical aspects of the effectiveness of the process of formation of readiness of high school students for professional activities in the economic sphere. Considerable attention is paid to the introduction of courses on the choice of economic direction, in particular the course «Fundamentals of Production Team Management». The article defines the purpose, objectives of the elective course, provides examples of planning.
