Abstract

The article is devoted to the introduction and implementation of innovative teaching methods in the preparation of specialists in higher education. The purpose of any educational system is to determine the processes of education, upbringing and development of the individual, and their indicators - a positive result, which today is considered in professional education through qualitative specialist training. The system of professional higher education is no exception, and innovation is an integral part of it. In particular, the article reveals the essence of the concepts of "innovation", "innovation potential" and "innovation activity" in relation to the educational system of new content, new teaching methods and the legislation in Ukraine "On Priority Areas of Innovation". Substantiation of efficiency of introduction of innovations in professional higher education will allow resolving the contradictions between the traditional system and the needs for qualitatively new education. The use of pedagogical innovations, as well as a system of recommendations for theorists and practitioners on the knowledge of innovative educational processes in education and management in the system of professional tertiary education is offered to facilitate the realization of the basic tasks of socio-economic and cultural development of society, preparation of a person for active activity in various spheres of economic, cultural, political life. Different approaches to the content of these concepts and recommendations are analyzed, which may be an auxiliary tool for achieving the improvement of innovative potential of national education in the implementation of training programs for future specialists in the construction, agrarian and mechanical engineering sectors. Structural components, criteria, indicators (organizational-axiological, communicative, and creative) and levels of formation of the studied phenomenon are highlighted. A significant tool for improving the quality of the system of professional tertiary education, which acts as an innovative potential, introduction and realization of which as a result of interaction with science and business, defines the main tasks of providing the system of professional tertiary education with information and communication technologies, has formed a mechanism for the implementation of innovative institutional capacity of innovative power education. , a scheme for the implementation of innovations in the educational process through the introduction of new educational services.
