Abstract
The issue of the spirituality of a modern person has become extremely relevant in our science and practice in connection with intensive social challenges for a professionally perfect and spiritually developed person. This person would enable to solve national problems that would ensure the overall progress of our society, oriented towards European values. The current scientific and educational situation regarding the solution of this problem has been characterized by the possibility of a moderate use of historical developments in this area as an ideological basis for further conceptual searches and the creation of a corresponding system. The main task in the studies of modern personality’s spirituality is to remove those points in the past work which have a completely different position now. So in the last decades, the atmosphere of our spiritual life has been focused on the belief that every child soul is perfect. These researches have caused narcissism and self-glorification. Therefore, the encouragement of focusing on the external side of person’s essence was cultivated but inner side was ignored. Our present position is to affirm the priority of internal factors in the spiritual formation of a growing personality. For this reason, we encourage educators to rely on (and, therefore, identify) the internal productive potentials that each person has in order to successfully achieve educational goals. The level of consideration of the stated problem should be based on the only possible and adequate methods: theoretical discourse, the construction of a logical content scheme (concerning the process of personality’s spiritual enrichment), and a probabilistic conceptual model that focuses on certain normative and algorithmic prescriptions. As a result, it has been supposed to replace the existing passive reactive educational paradigm on the developmental transformative with the maximum activity of the subject of education.
