Abstract

It is about planning a program of development of teaching staff as one of the strategic goals in forming an effective team, in order to further promote the professional development and professional development of young teachers in the field of basic specialization and in mastering modern teaching methods, to define the terms and content of the training measures and system stimulation of professional development, scientific activity, cooperation with employers. The author analyzes the possibilities of applying the Kaizen philosophy as a comprehensive concept of governance.
