Abstract

This publication has been produced by the authoritative staff of the Leadership and Institutional Development Division of Higher Education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine according to the results of the implementation effective governance at the universities of Ukraine in the context of European integration ”(2018-2020). The first stage of the research is aimed at substantiating the theoretical foundations of implementation effective governance at universities. The content of the publication has been structured according to the technical task of the and identified areas of study. The team of authors expresses hope that they are presented in the publication “Analysis of the leading domestic and foreign development experience on mechanisms for implementing effective governance in universities: preprint (analytical materials) (Part I) »data and analytical findings will help the development of relevant research, and the practice of developing effective governance in the universities of Ukraine.
