Abstract

Gestalt psychology is one approach to activating this process. Acquaintance with feelings occurs according to the algorithm of exercises (drawings, making figures, discussing in a group of their feelings, awareness and development in themselves and recognizing them in others). It is necessary to give the opportunity in group work to remember their feelings in different life situations, to discuss what the participants learned while working, to approve personal changes in their attitude, support of others, those skills they have acquired.
