Abstract

The managerial competencies of the head of a basic educational institution in terms of modern scientific thought include the key as the basis of any professional activity and innovative component, which, along with the classical professional knowledge (pedagogy, psychology), provide knowledge, awareness and perception of the new philosophy of education in the philosophy of education of educational management, in particular: classical and modernized functions of management of educational institution, ways of creation of democratic model of management of basic institution, ensuring its autonomy mine, mechanisms for establishing effective cooperation with students, parents and pedagogical communities, communities of settlements; information-analytical, image, planning and prognostic activity of the institution, civic competencies, in particular, ensuring the right of participants of the educational process to form their own educational trajectory and the choice of the variant component of the curricula, which is clearly defined by the objectives of the new Ukrainian school.
