Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the interaction of humanities and social sciences in the study of the phenomenon of human well-being. The approaches to the definition of this phenomenon by philosophical ethics, economic, political sciences, medicine and ecology are presented. It emphasizes the general methodology of these sciences in solving practical problems of improving human well-being. The specificity of studying human well-being in psychology, due to the laws of psychological determinism, is shown. It is noted that the humanities and social sciences should take into account psychological laws when they examine the factors for achieving well-being.
