Abstract
The thesis found that many of the problems that students experience are due to lack of experience and professional skills, rather than lack of natural abilities. However, the vast majority of students benefit from the practical benefits of gaining pedagogical experience and subject knowledge. It should be noted that the practice helps students to identify what traits, skills and skills are needed for the teacher and to outline ways of self-improvement, the belief that the specialty of the teacher, tutor by nature belongs to the most difficult creative professions. As rightly stated in the Concept of National Education, the educator, the educator is the trustee of the society to which it conveys the most and most valuable - children, their hope and their future. The fate of children is in the hands of the teacher, his golden heart, so he must be a source of joyful cognitive and moral growth of his pupils.
