Abstract

The authors of the article raised the problem of organizing elective courses to increase the variation component of the educational process in the lyceum. Analysing the current literature in this subject and controlling the introduction of elective courses in general secondary education, the authors conclude that, to date, teachers do not actively use different elective courses, especially in economics, and this has a negative impact on students' economic economics. Therefore, the creation of various elective courses with an economic component will lead to effective training in the high school.
