Abstract

Hebrew Language and Reading Curriculum for 3-4 Grades of General Secondary Education Institutions with Ukrainian Language Learning was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (2017), the State Standard for Primary Education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 21, 2018 No. 87 and approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 27, 2018 No. 1461 and the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (as amended) of October 8, 2019 No. 1273. It is a logical continuation of the Hebrew language program for 1-2 classes of general secondary education institutions with instruction in Ukrainian, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 21, 2018 No. 268. The program for 3-4 grades defines the main expected results of the second basic cycle of study in accordance with the State standard of elementary education, indicative parameters of educational and cognitive achievement of students, specific expected results, general characteristics of situational communication and content of the second cycle of study in accordance with each class, content ("Interact verbally", "Read", "Interact in writing", "Explore media", "Explore language phenomena") and types of speech activities (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
