Abstract

Adherence to academic integrity is the key to the formation of intellectual dignity, the development of honesty and responsibility of all participants in the educational process. For this purpose it is necessary to investigate potential internal and external factors that cause academic dishonesty, first of all, moral-cultural, institutional and educational-upbringing; to supplement the current educational legislation of Ukraine with clearly defined and strict standards of responsibility for plagiarism for all participants in the educational process - students, students, teachers, scientists, etc .; create expert and ethical expert groups to not only oversee ethical standards, but also help and resolve various contentious situations.
