Abstract

Competencies are characteristics acquired as a result of activity, which can be summarized as follows – 1) key ones, 2) by the type of activity, 3) in the sphere of public life, 4) in the spheres of social knowledge, 5) in the spheres of social production, 6) by the components of psychological sphere, 7) in the sphere of abilities, 8) by the level of social maturity and status. Socio-professional orientation (labor activity and its infrastructure, human labor, professional culture, professional orientation, household management, entrepreneurial activity, social and professional interaction in labor market) should form a readiness to achieve personal and social meaningful goals in the conditions of a globalized space owing to increase in the level of competitiveness of a person.
