Abstract

The features of organization of field trips in the system of advanced training are considered management and pedagogical staff of the educational sector, substantiated the content of field trips to a vocational education institution, an industrial or non-productive enterprise fields, attending thematic industry exhibitions or exhibitions of educational innovations. The components of professional growth through the development of advanced training courses are revealed qualification of managerial and pedagogical staff of professional competences. It is recommended for organizing educational activities of tutors-curators of groups of students training courses for management and pedagogical staff of education.
