Abstract

The author characterizes the peculiarities of vocational education for qualified labour by the techniques which were introduced by Moscow Central Institute of Labour in the 20th years of the last century on the basis of analysed scientific and achieved resources. The author points out the advantages and drawbacks of the techniques involved.
