Abstract
Theses address the problem of language and literary integration. It is emphasized that the integration of the content of education, inparticular the humanities,becomes one of the priority direction of tht development of t he Ukrainian school in the context of it smodernization. On the example of the new program "Russian Language and Literature: An Integrated Course", grades 10-11 discuss the purpose and ask linguistic and literary integration, its methodologicalp rinciples. The hypothes is is that the integrative approach to language and literature teaching will create new conditions for students' activity, providing opportunities for their expression, creativity. Will allow students to create a holistic view of the world; about training courses as interdependent elements of the school education system.
