Abstract

The authors provided analysis of special foreign literature, which uncovers the problem of children and youth endowments in Italy. All attention is concentrated on the system of education, support and treatment of Italian gifted children and youth. Scientists introduce us legal documents that help in the decision of the problem with children endowments in Italy.
