Abstract

The authors of the article analyze the activities of the state of Spain regarding the education and development of gifted children. Particular attention is drawn to the legislative framework, which provides an opportunity to guarantee the quality education for gifted children. In Spain, families that raise gifted children are under the protection of the state, and children are given special conditions for education, training and development.
