Abstract

The author of the article continues to analyze the attitudes of the USA and European countries to individuals with high abilities (gifted). He draws attention to the content of the education and its enrichment for gifted students. Individual, group, and distant forms of education are addressed. Interests, abilities and potential of each student are traken into account. USA have created ("Council for Exceptional Children", "Neag Centers for Gifted and Talent, National Research Center for Gifted and Talented Children", "The National Association for Gifted and Talented") to support and develop gifted students.
